Kimberley S. Barth, D.V.M.

Kimberley S. Barth is a University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine graduate with 13 years of clinical practice experience. Dr. Barth has been with EC VETS since its opening in November of 2005.

Prior to EC VETS, she was doing emergency and critical care at a 24 hours referral and emergency practice in Hickory, NC. Besides emergency medicine, her professional interests include shelter medicine and surgery.

As a board member of the Franklin County Humane Society, Dr. Barth is involved in reducing pet overpopulation in our area and increasing the Humane Society’s ability to find homes for healthy pets.

In her personal life she enjoys sailing with friends, cooking, yoga, and riding a Harley Davidson Fat Boy with her husband, Chuck. She plants a garden in the spring so she can make very spicy salsa for her friends. In her spare time, she plays with her dog, Sydney, and her very busy German Shepherd puppy, Echo.
